About Geoffrey Guy
Dr Geoffrey W Guy qualified in medicine from St Bartholomew’s Hospital, London in 1979. In addition he achieved a BSc in Pharmacology, a Diploma of Pharmaceutical Medicine and was awarded Honorary DSc from both Reading and Westminster Universities. Dr Guy was appointed Visiting Professor at the Universities of Buckingham and Westminster. During his 40 years in medical research he was physician in charge of over 300 clinical studies, the author of more than 80 scientific publications and three books including A Worthwhile Medicine. He was the founder and Chairman of GW Pharmaceuticals and now the Guy Foundation.
